Pick-your-color custom shaker door option.
- Doors: 5-piece solid poplar hardwood frame with a recessed flat MDF center panel, mortise-and-tenon joinery, painted
- Door Style: Shaker — square, flat-panel profile with 2 1/4" wide stiles and rails, 3/4" frame thickness
- Finish: Multi-step catalyzed paint, hand-sprayed in a full custom color range (matched to Sherwin-Williams palette), smooth furniture-grade sheen
- Face Frame: Solid poplar hardwood face frame, 3/4" thick, 1 1/2" wide rails and stiles, painted to match doors
- Drawer Front: Matching 5-piece shaker painted drawer front with recessed center panel, same profile as door style
- Box Material: 1/2" furniture-grade plywood box construction (all-plywood sides, back, and bottom — no particleboard)
- Shelves: 3/4" plywood adjustable shelves, full-depth, on adjustable metal shelf pins
- Drawer Box: Solid hardwood dovetail-joined drawer boxes (dovetailed front and back), 5/8" thick sides, UV-cured clear-coated interior
- Drawer Glides: Full-extension, soft-close undermount steel ball-bearing glides, rated for 75-100 lb capacity
- Hinges: Concealed European-style 6-way adjustable soft-close hinges, 105° opening angle, nickel-plated steel
